Been on tonight for a couple of hours and I have to say I am loving MW3. For me, it is waaaaay better than BO. There's no lag, there's no problem getting into matches, there's loads of camping, but nothing more than BO. Some maps lend themselves to giving campers an easy time but it actually slows the play down for me; in BO, as soon as you spawn you just run off spraying bullets and hope it hits someone. In MW3 I find I'm slowing things down, peering round corners and looking for targets rather than running into them in doorways. Much prefer this mode of playing. Love the wee toys too. And I'm looking forward to having a few private matches because you have every weapon and accessory available from the get go, rather than having to earn them in the main game.

Tonight was the longest I've been on since I got it and it gets a huge from me.

Been playing campain and only had 1 game online.
Very fast paced and it seemed to be Valkarie non stop, they did say they have altered it so that the low scorers could get big bonuses.

Liked the fight speed but the lag is kinda guff.

BO and MW2 were similar in the early days, I am sure they will mod it.

    More smirnoff and MW3 needed!

Surprised that you like this style of game, for all the reasons you say you like it, i hate it, i can't be bothered walking around, crouched, looking left, right, forwards, backwards, up and down constantly, just makes me dizzy.
For me Black Ops is by far a better game where the campers are more easily sorted out.
Had a few games with John today and we actually played a few games on BO with no campers, fast paced and great fun

I can't believe that Andy doesn't suffer any lag, for me it's worse than Black Ops

picked up my copy of mw3 today after reading alot of positive reviews, will play the campaign before getting stuck into multiplayer, hope the story is easier to understand than in black ops, maybe it was me being a bit thick but i didnt know what the hell was going on half the time.

To be fair I think there are still maps I haven't played yet. Some of them are much more open and can be played kamikaze stylee like BO where you just run amok spraying bullets. But the majority so far are much more urban looking and really require a bit more thought. Much more my kind of map. They are a bit more like COD4 only friggin huge!

The lag - or lack of - I can't explain. Very unusual for me NOT to suffer lag like everyone else.
