i may well have to get a copy for the x-box and see what its like im shure i could get used to it but do like the banter of the NMS crew

I'll miss the banter too, but, i'm fed up with the lagging problems and this is the only way i can improve the game play.
Last night was typical, was getting blasted to death with very few kills, then played online later (8pm USA time) and suffered the same problem, around 5 or 6 kills with 20 plus deaths.
Switched to the Xbox and consistently got over 12 kills with around 12 deaths

You shout often enough how unfair the game plays, well, i'm doing something about it

Well once I win the lottery or come into enough money to do so, then I MIGHT force myself to acquire an Xbox, seeing as how i seem to be the only one if not one of an extreme few of us who does NOT have an Xbox yet. Seeing as some of you are now defecting to this darkside. I guess practice will make perfect regards to useing that mahoosive thing they call a controller on the Xbox

Don't worry Ali, all the folks who said they were gonna try the Xbox out, so far i've not seen them online, in fact, am still waiting for Ferengo to accept my online request
Played again yesterday, same lag free gaming, sadly, didn't play well so can't use that excuse
Need to see if i can get a better controller, the Xbox one is too bulky with the left thumb control in an awkward position

Ha Ha. Yeah. Have been a bit slack about getting the Xbox setup. I've said it all along though that the PS3 has the better spec but the 360 runs far better in nearly all aspects. What adaptor do you get for running the turtle beach? Can you post a link etc?

I agree though it's no fun with the lag. I mean I've joined your games and got annoyed very quickly at the lag. I might hang off and just get MW3 for the 360 as not that long to wait really. I hope everyone switches over, as the only reason I even play a console is for the banter with you guys.

What adaptor do you get for running the turtle beach? Can you post a link etc?

This is what you need on eBay
This allows you to connect an HDMI cable and this adaptor at the same time. The adaptor's function is purely for the head set for your application, you may need to get red and white audio cables if you need to extend the length of the adaptor to reach your headset.
Then you connect the headset the same as the PS3, USB port which is convenient on the back of the Xbox.
Just hoping that you kept the small audio lead from the Turtle Beach package, you'll need this to connect from the audio port on the back of the controller with the other end going into the control unit of the head set.

I'm missing the banter already but, each to their own, this is what works for me and is far more enjoyable and besides, i'm away 6 months of the year
