    I don't mind being the host. I know how to get into my router but never seen any firewall settings (Apple Airport Extreme). Providing I get back early enough I'm up for trying it.

    Gone into my router and I have my IP address. Will check it again on Sunday though, 'cos it may change if my PC restarts or power goes off to router etc.

    OK guys, looks like I'm buggered for tonight. My laptop is a Windows 7 Win64 version. n2n only seems to run on Win32 machines.

    Have fun if it works. By the latest news it looks like PSN will be back up sometime this week.

    Never got enough time to try it but I have a mac so I'd have to use a different program anyway. Possibly better waiting until the PSN is back up. At least we can see if playstation plus will kill the lag that Gismo gets since we get a month free.

    Had a wee look at Playstation Plus and it looks from first glance to just be a content upgrade, rather than a service upgrade.

    Zimbo it's £40 per year and for that you get fully playable demmo's (limited time) and access to other game downloads and content. Nothing that interests me.

    If anyone can find a reference to an improved online service, I'd be up for it.
