    the price is the only thing that put me off the iPhone. Take it over 2 years and you get the phone for under £90

    That's me just had a text from Orange to say my bill is ready this seems to suggest that they didn't get the phone back that I sent. I also have no receipt as Jude shredded it about a week after I sent the phone back this aint gonna be easy

    It gets better... As I can't remember the temp phone number they gave me I can't get thro to customer servs to find out what's going on ah well will just have to wait on a paper bill ....

    Craig, it will be the bill for the brief time the phone was connected.

    Its always a good idea to keep hold of all paperwork until a few months after returning anything just in case.
