This is the only one that has had the spec I’m after purely because it’s an ex demonstrator so that is why we’ve gone for it. I’m fed up waiting and looking only to keep finding issues. I need to accept the fact they’re a rare car and just go with the best I can find and accept the consequences!
Sadly you have to accept it or don’t buy it as it’s a second hand car. We would all love to buy a second hand car and it to have been someone’s car who loves it previous, but seldom the case. If your not happy you may need to look out of Scotland, there are currently 6 on Pistonheads for round the country.

What spec are you looking for Julz? Any must or don’t haves?

I know, that’s why we were lined up to go and see one in Warrington as posted above until this one appeared this week. I’ve been looking countrywide for nearly a year so it’s not a recent random thing. If I could buy a new Paceman then that would solve all my problems but sadly I don’t have a time machine!

It's not the one that was owned by Kirsty on here is it? I know they're about as common as R55 JCWS and hens teeth....

Haha, no!! Kirsty and I have discussed Pacemans and she’s warned me off of her old one!

Just checking, would be a shame if you'd acquired that one...….

I can recommend an excellent detailer. Not sure where your based but Ultimate Shine Autos in Stirling are a first class outfit specialising in prestige and custom cars. Seen loads of minis there and their prices are good. Just ask for Trevor or Scott. Oh and don't forget to tell them who recommended them. Hope you enjoy your paceman

Thanks for the recommendation! There’s a top notch detailer in Perth that we’re going to hopefully pay a visit to!

As for enjoying the Paceman, so far so good, love the thing!

There’s just nothing finer than spending ages looking fora car and then falling in love with it when you do eventually get it.

To be fair though my last 5 cars were all decided upon, and then bought, within 4 days of me deciding on what I wanted.
I wonder what it’s like to be impulsive ?
