Not an issue I've had. have you tried relocating the car (double click) and then reopening and trying to move after that?

I actually found the cause, it kind of stumped me after doing all sorts of resets, to the point it was dark out, that was when I posted stumped, the next day I went out and noticed the wheel was set back slightly, anyway I apologise for waffling, the moral is when you change a wheel, make sure the spacer goes back on before the wheel, or the longer bolts stop it turning
