I sent £22 to you shortly after I sent the HBT money.

I've just checked my mobile PayPal account and it's showing that transaction as "Pending".

Not sure why, as there's money in the account and I've had no notifications re. Security Check or anything...

Do you have to accept the payment for it to go through? Not happened to me before.
