If time is not an issue:

Pre-wash (via pump sprayer)
Dwell 3-5 min
Pressure wash off
Snow foam
Dwell 5+ min
Pressure wash off
Wash 2B method
Rinse off using open ended hose

Deposit paid ... something new this way comes!
