    Hi,
I have a 58 Cooper D and it's time for a service... How much should i be looking to pay and can anyone suggest anywhere in the Motherwell or even Glasgow area?
    Cheers

No idea on cost whatsoever but I do know an independent BMW placey in Cathcart that I used with my last mini when she was beyond TLC.

R W Weavers - guys always seemed really decent to me and I certainly never had any problems with them or cause to complain. No frills or fancy stuff, just 2 guys, a couple of ramps and a portacabin! The guys, Andy and Davie may remember me and my electric blue One as they mostly do other BM rather than MINIs. I'd phone up and say 'Hi it's Joanna-mini' and generally got the impression they knew who I was! I'll certainly go back to them for anything non-TLC.

There’s an independent BMW deal near Ibrox. Maybe worth giving them a ring, see if they do Mini's ?

You could try Mtek in Rutherglen, no personal experience of them, but my mate took his 7 series there for years....

Got one from a local mechanic for £80. Apparently the OBC tells you what needs replaced rather than replacing everything!

Very happy with that, although if I went for another mini I'd defo get the tlc!
