i would think we need a

table and chairs
flyers
flags
banner



any thing elce you people can think of to add to the list that would be brill

Yeah a sail flag is required if not 2..... The boss has previously agreed to getting them done

other than that a wee gazebo is a good idea but I will provide that

May I suggest seats. Standing about all day will not be fun.

Also on the practical side of things a table to display your nice posters that your getting made up and some free stickers of newminiscotland and info on the site etc etc
