    Very strange, ok, if you can, click on the Home button on the top nav bar, then hover your mouse over the Home header opposite Sections and a wee pencil should appear, in there you should be able to select the NMS scheme.
    Note, you cannot select the scheme from the footer on the home page

    I don't think its the IE version, I'm using IE8 and it doesn't work even when I use the compatibility setting
