I still don't understand headquarters

its easy all you have to do is captuer the wihight triangle on the map aka the headquater then try and hold it for 60 secs of so but if you get killed while you have control of the headquaters then you dont resparn till the other teem had destroyed the HQ of the time limit for the HQ runs out

if you dont control the HQ and get killed you will resparn just like normal

Haven't seen it, but from what I hear the first 30 to 50 mins is a struggle. If you can get past that, it turns into a terrific movie.
