    Rob dont think anyone elses reciept would help Mark, coz barcode of PS3 would be on reciept and would not match when scanned for replacement I dont think? Baz might know better tho seeing as he works in the electronics retail industry

    Is the Blu-ray issue not extended out of warranty? I think it is. If he calls PS3 and says it's a known issue (give refs from the net like certain forums etc...) then he should get a replacement sent out.

    I shouldn't being saying this as I've been doing pretty good killing since he's been off .
