Well, the engineer came in last night and said that the PS3 servers are to blame, the line is ok, i tried a few speed test sites and it seems the upload speed is poor at around 0.2mb, download is 0.8mb, am wondering if a different router may help.
Any knowledgeable folks out there know before i buy to try?

There is a Sony shop in Baku, so am gonna ask their advice
