    PS3 works ok, the blu ray drive is goosed.
    Noticed online it is a common fault, phoned today and I will have a replacement tomorrow foc.

    it works and connects to the Internet no problem, it plays normal DVD's ok, but, it won't play games or blu ray movies.

    Replacement from playstation direct, my machine is 18 months old and out of warranty, but, cause it's a known fault I'm getting it swapped

    Hey Alan. I had a problem the other day. I tried playing the Dark Knight and I kept getting cannot read media type error. I rebooted and it eventually worked but this has happened a couple of times. It's the 60GB model I have, what model is yours?

    It's a known fault with Warner Brothers discs, The Hulk apparently has the same problem, try a non Warner Bros disc

    Ok, got Jase's PS3 hooked up, but, i can't pair my headset
    I'm sure i'm doing everything right, headset is on, i'm in scanning mode on the PS3, but, nada, nil, zilch, nothing
    Do i have to do something to the headset to put it into pairing mode?

    I would have thought so. What make of headset is it?

    And is the earpiece clogged with hair gel? He is a teenager after all. And lets face it, you have little need for hair gel.
