Best colour I've seen on an R56 yet!!

Why do BMW taunt us with the most boring car colours on the planet?
The mini is supposed to be vibrant and exciting...

What do we get? An metallic champagne colour that is normally found on Rovers owned by pensioners.. Hardly exiting.

That body kit looks like something an eighteen-year-old would stick on his 1991 Peugeot 205.

Kerr - wise WAY beyond his years!

First thing I thought of - remember when the lovely Lesley Ash had that Collogen/Lip Trauma? Here's the MINI equivalent! The LAST thing the R56 needs is to have a bigger front. It's also so bleedin' Obvious: Big colour, big wheels etc etc, a Tasteless Max Power Stylee waste of a good car. I expect it's what that Ali G-a-Like Westwood would come up with. 'Pimp My Ride'?, 'Ruin My MINI' more like.

Want to see a good 'in your face' MINI? (albeit an R53 - but the same principles could be applied to the new car) - check out Playmini's Lambo Orange road racer in 'New MINI' magazine - all the right bits, killer looks and 265BHP..BRING IT ON!!!!!

2008 R56 COOPER S, Pepper White, Black Roof, 'John Cooper' Signature Side and Bonnet Stripes, JCW 'Stage 1' Tuning Kit, Forge Intercooler, Milltek Downpipe & Sports Cat, ALTA Induction, Chris Knox/DNA Remap, JCW/Brembo Brakes, Limited Slip Diff, JCW Suspension and Front Strut Brace, 17" Crown Spokes with Non-Runflat 205/45x17 Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres, JCW/Recaro leather Seats, JCW Sideskirts, Chili Pack, Front Spotlights. Still got my old Hendrix Badge blu-tacked to the dash!
