    i have seen this mota a few times this week, most recently on Mon at the Bank of Scotland, then yesterday coming out onto riverside at about 5.30 yesterday, I tooted and waved, it has a NMS sticker on the rear window.

    Anyone know who the car belongs to ?

    Might be helpful if you say which bank of Scotland you're referring to! THere's a few scattered about Scotland!
