I believe the JCW kit uses NGK BKR7EQUP (pretty much a JCW only plug) or use the Iridium version NGK BKR7EIX - which you can get from www.sparkplugs.co.uk for £6.99 each.

The JCW injectors aint up to much either - better going with the M7 ones that I have fitted to my car, although unless your car is pushing out some serious power I would suspect that you havent actually reached the limit of the standard injectors anyway.

Cheers sully! No im not pushing out serious power yet, but i want
to be ready for when i am. i'll be sitting at around the 210 mark
soon and so thats why i thought the JCW ones would suit me.

Even at 210 you wont be outstretching the standard injectors - you could spend your money better elsewhere
