    So how long do you lot think is a reasonable time to wait for a dealer to get back to you after asking a question:question: :(

    Depends on the question but 4 hours is reasonable, unless he said it would take ages.

    Hey Col, get in the queue mate, i'm still waiting for an offer for my car since they (he) sent out the letters wanting to know if i'd sell it back to him.

    I'd be interested to know which dealer you're waiting for a reply from.

    'Cos I've been waiting on IAN AT MENZIES getting back to me for two days on a fairly simple question. Made 5 phone calls to speak to him today and I keep getting told "he's with a customer/in a meeting". No doubt he is, but it's now almost 7pm. Is he still in a meeting?
