I've never heard of anybody who wasn't happy with the way they were treated by Playmini...... until now.

AndyP and Lenore, it's unfortunate that you had a bad experience, but I think Zimbos suggestion of slating Playmini on MINI2 based solely on the opinion of one person is a bit pedantic!

I for one am delighted that you had a bad experience because I just bought a brand new playmini exhaust from John for a tenner! ACE! haha
I didn't intend slating Play Mini on Mini2. As I said in my earlier post.

And what else can I say to your third paragraph: So what?
what else can i say, the third paragraph was obvioulsy meant as a joke!!!!!! I paid £20!!

Sorry guys, I was just playing along with the rest of them! :disapprove:
    Aah. OK.:)

Oh Dear. Sorry to hear that, Andy. You've had no luck with this have you? My Playmini Manifold/System's been on for well over a year now, and I've had no trouble at all. It's still sounding great and no emission glitches. As you said, Dastek's Manifold sounds like a bit of a 'scrapper', but you were aware of that and at least they sorted you out OK, which is good - AND those PM tailpipes do look the business, along with the improved sounds.

I'd still recommend folks in search of improved exhaust flow and 'TVR sounds' to fit a Playmini manifold - but then maybe I shouldn't so that my motor still sounds one of the 'nastiest' on the club runs!

2008 R56 COOPER S, Pepper White, Black Roof, 'John Cooper' Signature Side and Bonnet Stripes, JCW 'Stage 1' Tuning Kit, Forge Intercooler, Milltek Downpipe & Sports Cat, ALTA Induction, Chris Knox/DNA Remap, JCW/Brembo Brakes, Limited Slip Diff, JCW Suspension and Front Strut Brace, 17" Crown Spokes with Non-Runflat 205/45x17 Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres, JCW/Recaro leather Seats, JCW Sideskirts, Chili Pack, Front Spotlights. Still got my old Hendrix Badge blu-tacked to the dash!
