    I would have said you should head down to Playa Del Carmen and Tulum but i think they got hit pretty bad by the hurricane last month. Make a point of going over to Isla Mujeres for a day trip. Couldn't be more different from Cancun Merida and Chechen Itza make a great trip for a few days aswell. Dead straight toll road all the way through the jungle.

    Cheers M3 :) Yeh - playa got hit pretty bad - friends of ours who get married tomorrow were booked to go there for their honeymoon on the same flight as us - but their resort has been shut for refurbishment and now their off to the Maldives instead!
