I was wondering if anyone else had experienced problems when ordering online via dy-tek? I placed an order via dy-tek.com on April 7th 2005 and i've yet to receieve order!! I've contacted them various times via email to enquire about this but just told they're awaiting stock (and now they're not replying to my emails). I'm due to phone them but thought i'd ask on here before dialling...

I'm well unimpressed with Dy-Tek... still no sign of my order from 2 months ago AND they never seem to be in the office to answer phone lol!

anyone used dy-tek in past? what are they like? - is it just me who is finding such a 'fantastic' service??
