here is my other baby a 1966 morris cooper S she has undergone a ten year refurb from the ground up everything has been rebuilt, there is no rust in the body it is the original body as well stripped down to bear metal shotblasted and sprayed in Almond green with an old english white roof.

she gets used on a regular basis i drive it to work in between driving my other Mini and my VW camper it will soon be up in Scotland as we are moving up there later on this year

I am looking around the Aberdeenshire area and the Morayshire area i even contemplated Banff I need somewhere with a couple of barns so i can carry on with my work restoring old vehicles. I shall be specialising in old Mini's replacing panels painting ETC, i used to do engine work as well but i will wait for my son to go to college to continue to do the body work side then i can get back to engines.

Thank you for your offer of help what i have been trying to find out what is the crime rate ie vehicle crime, vandalism, etc, is like no body will tell me that. i do keep looking at the websites for the Scottish property centres.
at the moment i am restoring a Daimler dart sp250 for a friend whilst building my engine for the Cooper/S the engine has been bored lightened and balanced upto 1340cc full race spec so i will be fitting that hopefully before i move or if not i will have to come back down to my mums house to complete it before driving it up. my other project was my VW camper which is now finished.

...and that answers my next question after I spotted the silicon hose to the heater

Brizee, you'll love the pickup! Mine was the best fun ever!
How wierd would that be if it was the same one...

eventually sold it to a guy over in Alloa I think, part of the Mintax crew...
