Fitting stereo

    Or should that be "ice" now (showing my age!:I)
    Anyway I got round to fitting my CD player to my new Cooper last night and found out they have changed the design of the downtubes (on either side of the centre switch panel) so that instead of lifting out they now slide down and out the bottom of the centre console (cannot be pulled up due to wider bit on bottom) Actually made it a bit easier once I realised what was wrong - thought it would be useful to share incase anyone here is changing the stereo.
