Broken Front Indicator Lens

    Went to wash the car last weekend and found the front indicator lens on the offside cracked......NUTS! Went into my local friendly dealership on the tues and ordered it (has to be the full unit, not just the lens:(). Picked it up on Thursday and just happened to say to Ian (minime) "this doesn't look that easy to fit". He got the service manager who said "aye that's a ten minute job, you just have to take the bumper off!!!!!!!! After a little bit of negotiating, the service manager took the car away there and then and did the job for me, for a very small sum. Good on the Service Dept for some cracking service. (your good customer service is rubbing off on them at last Ian! )

    Yeah, but as long as you remember Col, as far as BMW Service Depts and BMW Engineers are concerned, the customer is always wrong....
