I never knew a plate with just numbers was legal.

Whilst searching I found this site Olavs Plates
- he has taken pics of plates from around 90 countries - seems a strange hobby, but he would probably think we were mad for being so in to our Minis!!!
I saw that car also, it's got the black and silver number plates as well, nice.
