Sat Nav installation???

Looking at coming back after a few years away, and found the perfect car. Was almost putting down a deposit but the dealer has said the car doesnt have the Sat Nav on it.
Its a 2019 Cooper S.
I've attached a pic of the interior of the actual car.
I thought the ones with that screen basically HAD the sat nav.






Can it be installed?
If so, how easy and what cost?
Is it software via a USB?

As with most things that are retro fitted to MINI’s very few are cheap or easy and would also require coding ,a few people have went for retro Apple car play so this maybe an option

The car only has 4 figures for its current mileage and is within my budget.
It was either that or a Solaris Orange Cooper with 27k on it, which has the Sat Nav as standard.
If I went with the Cooper, would I miss the power of the S?

Would you know much more about the Apple car play fitting or any company that I could contact about it?

One company came back and said they dont have anything for a 2019 Cooper S..........another came back and said it would be £1500-£2000 but would be the NBT/EVO system.
