With our first proper run now in the calendar, we thought we'd ease back into things with a slightly different event that samples some of our typical NMS adventures.
Assuming the weather's on our side, we'll start the day with a light-hearted show-and-shine at the scenic Chatelherault Country Park (we may even have a prize for the winner). After that we'll set off for a short MINI run down some fantastic roads before arriving at Cairn Lodge farm-shop for some delicious grub! We may even have a second prize to hand out at our lunch stop (but with a surprise twist)!
Given the shorter run, we'll be meeting slightly later than usual. Our total run distance should be under 40 miles. Toilet facilities will be available at our start, lunch and end locations. There are no fuel facilities at Chatelherault Country Park however so please fill up prior to arrival. Fuel will be available at our lunch stop should anyone require.
Start Point: 10:30 for an 11am start at Chatelherault Country Park, ML3 7UE
Lunch Stop: Cairn Lodge Services, ML11 0RJ
End Time & Location: 12 - 1:30pm, Cairn Lodge Services, ML11 0RJ

We're hoping this event will be great for new and existing members alike and give everyone a chance to meet some new faces, catch up with familiar faces, and enjoy our passion for all things MINI!
UPDATE:
Here's a map of Chatelherault Country Park. The car park has a few unmarked roads but I've highlighted the best route to where we'll be meeting. In short, you want to follow the main entrance road and turn left at the large play-park. Then take the left fork and turn left again. All going well we should have this part of the car park to ourselves which, depending on the weather, should allow us to take some photos.
