I've looked at hotels in the area and the Marriott hotel that we stayed at last year is still the best value with access to the pool, gym etc. I'd ask that everyone books their own room and let me know when you've booked. Obviously you don't need to stay at the Marriott as there are other options available but the Admin team are staying at the Marriott if that helps sway you either way and a good night is always had by all with some food and a few sherbets.
