    Hi,

I joined this group a while back but never posted. I’ve since had to buy a newer car and unfortunately my wee mini has been neglected

It’s been sitting for almost 2 years now and it’s time to let it go. I had tried starting it up but sadly it’s a non runner. No power so new battery. Won’t hold charge so guessing alternator. Temp eventually shoots up so would need total flush and search for leak. 2 flat tyres also and just to round it off dampness has taken hold of the cabin.

My question is, do I clean it up and sell it as a non runner/spares or repair or just send it to the breakers?

    Thanks in advance

Oh, it’s an R52, BRC with a recon 5 speed getrag manual box.

You may as well sell it for spares or repair that way you might be helping someone out and get a few quid for it
The cars in front are New MINI Scotland

I’d just put it up for spares or repairs, and help another MINI carry on for that bit longer.

As said above, it would be nice for it to live on if someone had the time.
Why not try and sell it, if it doesn’t sell then there is your answer
