I seen this done on another forum and it had some interesting facts, a lot of which I didn't know. I really enjoyed reading them all. They don't have to be MINI related

I'll start with the latest I found out...

The rear S on a F-Series Cooper S is reflective, found this out by accident the other night. Another advantage the works 210 has over a JCW

But back on topic I'll go for another fact, with the old style Ford key you could lock any old Ford but not unlock them.

So true there Eddie, locked my old Focus with my wife’s old focus Key, then realised that that I locked it with key in ignition....

My fact and again Ford related is screen wash cap in a mark 2 Focus st is branded Volvo and not Ford.

Eddie, I only found out by accident that the black “GP” and red “S” letters on 1499 were reflective when I took this pic about 2 years ago.

Volkswagen make sausages at their plant in Wolfsburg.
    It’s their best selling product.
    The part number is: 199 398 500 A.

    Wow!! Didn't know that.

I wonder if they're over-priced and bland as f**k like most of their cars these days.

One of the first Morris Mini Minors was driven secretly overnight from Oxford to Galashiels to be in the showroom for launch in 1959. It now resides in the national museum in Edinburgh
