ID:	7669Afternoon all,
Thank you for allowing me to join. Have seen you guys and girls at Mega Mini Meet last 2 years, and have been impressed not only by the way you dress, but the work and presentation that goes in to your Mini’s. Keep it up, highlight of the shows!
My Mini is not my own, it’s my wife Dawn’s daily driver. But, we bought it as a standard Cooper S, (N14, so risky purchase) and in a little under 2 years, I have slowly transformed it from basic to something she is proud of. And for my efforts, I get to use it on weekends and take it to shows and motorsport events! I call it her Darling Little Monster! Bit more engine work over the winter, and hopefully some paint correction.
Its a labour of love. I do the labour, and my wife loves it!
Cheers! Click image for larger version.

Welcome along and always a pleasure to have friends south of the border join the NMS gang.
Thanks for the kind comments regarding the members cars it’s always a great weekend away at MMM ... and it’ll soon be that time again.
What a great looking R56 and let me say you are not alone in the “labour of love” comment lol. In fact you’re in great company here.

You only need two tools in life WD40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and should use WD40 and if it moves and shouldn't use Duct Tape.
