That’s pretty poor quality if so
Have seen quite a few post on fb of the f56 going through rear pads very quickly. Often before 12k miles
^^ likewise I’ve seen a few posts recently with low mileage cars having to replace brake pads. Must be a common issue.

You only need two tools in life WD40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and should use WD40 and if it moves and shouldn't use Duct Tape.
I guess I’m best to get them changed I’m guessing dealers will be ridiculous prices as usual(488 to replace my fog lights with led version) any good garages out Motherwell way?
Seems to be a common with with F56 cars.
Give Douglas at B&M a shout

Anyone know why this is? The rear brakes shouldn't be doing much, it's more normal for cars like this to have to replace the rear discs before the pads due to corrosion from lack of use/work.
Does the DSC use the rear brakes a lot or something? 10k from fronts is unacceptable IMO, never mind rears
Feet were made to fit car pedals. If we were meant to walk, we'd have pogo sticks for legs
Plausible answer - but if you were driving without cruise control on, I doubt you'd wear out rear pads that quickly on another car.
The pads must be made of cheese

Spoke to Mini UK and they didn’t think it was a problem and advised me to get them changed so just poor quality I guess
