Anyone got knowledge around rear brake pad life. Warning light just come on with only 16500 on the clock. I have never experienced this on any car at that early stage. I would have expected the fronts to go first. Appreciate any comments.

F56s seem to be wearing the rears quicker than the fronts, can't remember the miles off hand, but I think mine went around 30k, fronts around 35k.

Currently sitting at 55k and at the MOT a few weeks back they said the rears didn't have much life left in them. Be swapping them myself this time.

They don't seem to know why, only suggestion I've had was cruise control uses the rears, but I don't use it that often.
