Ive just spoken with the organisers. And the screening is an open air screening meaning that rather than being sat in the cars we would be sat on an open peice of grass. So i would advice taking a camping chair. The screen is 8mx4m and they are hoping to have about 300 people on the night. Ive updated the initial posts with the times.

The organisers also said that they would be willing to give us a reasonable discount if we book a a large group the normal cost is £6 per person. They also seemed quite keen for us to set up a club display and said they would allow the club flag poles and asked if we could organise a few minis to be parked either side of their large screen.

Fantastic Mark. I'm sure this is something we could organise. Just need Red, Blue and White cars next to the screen

I'm phoning blue monkey events tomorrow just to confirm everything so if anyone else wants to come drop your name in the thread there is no maximum to how many people can come the more the merrier. But rather than a run like the original plan I wondered if it might be a better idea to organise a meal in a near by restaurant. If this sounds like a good idea let me know thanks. Mark
