    hi all

have been looking to get a set of spare wheels and tyres for track days for a 2011 r56 cooper s and i am sure this has been asked and answered before (sorry i just can not seen to find a definitive answer).

the question is what is the smallest wheel size i can run 15in or 16in.

    thanks in advance

16" minimum, and even then not all styles of OEM wheel clear the calipers on a Cooper S.

Info I found was from here: http://www.mini2.com/forum/faq.php?f...factory_wheels (sorry to pimp other forums...):
    • R94 Bridge Spoke
    • R102 S-winder
    • R103 Blaster
    • R115 Rib-spoke
    • R119 6-star Twin-spoke
    • R120 Circular-spoke
    • (plus R87 double-spoke 5.5” winter wheel)

I don't have a clue about aftermarket wheels though.
