    Hi guys,
Just fitted my GP2 diffuser to my R56 JCW! Next things on the list are CAI and lowering! Whats the difference power wise between the alta and AEM CAI as i cant decide wether to pay the extra for the AEM just cause it looks much better! And any one have any pics of there R56 JCW with 30mm lowering springs? Just to give me an idea of springs vs coilovers
    Cheers dudes

No difference at all. The Alta sounds much better with a lot of folks running the Alta on NMS.

Andrew had eibachlowrring springs on his S. I'm sure he will be along shortly with a pic
