    It's the Resolution Run at Camperdown Park Dundee. I did a fair bit of cross country there while at school & had been getting quite into it again doing the Dundee Half & 10k's at St Andrews & Monikie (36min best) right up until I tore all the ligaments & retinaculum in my ankle while out running It took about 16 weeks to get back to being able to jog (gently) but it felt really unstable & weak so decided to take time out & ended up having just over a year & a half away from running. My pace isn't quite what it used to be but I'll get there...!

    If you are ever down lanark way you can come out with me. I have loads of nice routes with varying distances. I got plantar facitis at the tail end of last year and its been hard getting back into the swing of things.
