Plugs are new, just had service. Maf sensor good shout, I'll mention it when it goes back in on weds. Cheers guys.

You only need two tools in life WD40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and should use WD40 and if it moves and shouldn't use Duct Tape.
So.... The Seafoam helped a little bit for a couple of days. Then it started happening again. Same as before, intermittent times at 4.5 - 5K revs
SO I bit the bullet and started with the next cheapest option, got a new set of plugs from Lohen - £50. They're about the same price everywhere. Took a few days till I found the time to do it and.. well.. see the pics...

And again.. think there might be something up?
So.. problem solved. One ruined plug. so now the car is back to running as normal.
Last TLC service is due in 2K miles too.. Are the plugs included in that one?
