Thanks for letting me join your group, my name is Paul.
I have had my 2007 Cooper for about a year now.
The first 2 pics are what my Cooper looks like now and the last one before i started tampering with it.
At the moment i am looking into lowering, using either springs or coil-overs.
I have just fitted new wheels and tyres, and want to close up that wheel - arch gap a little. Alloys are Dare DR-DS 17 x 7.5 and tyres are Nexen n8000 205 - 45.

Hi and thanks, i was looking at roughly 30mm, but open to any advice.
Looking at getting a cooper s in the future, so don't want to spend to much on this one other than TLC and bits and bobs.

Welcome along Paul. You'll get plenty of help spending your money here :)
You only need two tools in life WD40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and should use WD40 and if it moves and shouldn't use Duct Tape.

Save for coils if you can, much better than springs

Feet were made to fit car pedals. If we were meant to walk, we'd have pogo sticks for legs

    THX for the warm welcome.
Lees i would be interested in the coilers if the price is good for both of us.
