    I can personally recommend the Milltek, and although my FMC is Forge, rather than Evolve, I've found these mods to be pretty effective. It also allows you to remap the (non FJCW) R56 to around 250bhp... which I've resisted so far 'cos I'm looking after my ticker and my licence!

Still got my old Hendrix Badge blu-tacked to the dash!
