A wee "bump" to bring this post back into the spotlight.
Numbers running a bit lower than we expected for this, so just a reminder about this event.
MINI Meats are a great opportunity to meet up with members you may have only so far met in cyberspace, on the forums. If space provides and we are all able to park reasonably close to each other, there's usually time to chat about the cars etc. Then we head in to the restaurant and you can sit anywhere you want in the area reserved for us. These nights are always fun and always casual.
So, for a guaranteed great social night, with some scrumptious food and great company, sign up in this thread to attend MINI Meats goes to TGI's. Everyone is more than welcome.

Sorry folks. Event cancelled due to lack of support.
To be fair to TGI's and justify them setting aside a section of the restaurant we really needed a good 20 folk. Something I thought was easily achievable. With significantly less that that signed up and the possibility of those numbers reducing further, we've taken the decision to cancel the event now, giving everyone (including TGI's) plenty notice.
We did have high hopes for this event, but perhaps the timing wasn't great, being so close to Christmas???? Or could it have been a perceived lack of parking??? Who knows.
We'll revisit it in the new year and organise something for Feb/March time.
Plenty other events to get stuck into over the next couple of months with Craig's Cars & Coffee meets, and the Christmas Lunch.

That's a shame Andy - not sure what the issue was. As I said to you on Sunday we were gonna struggle due to my work putting me on another course and it not finishing til late on the Friday in Glasgow... Hopefully the next one will get more support :)

You only need two tools in life WD40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and should use WD40 and if it moves and shouldn't use Duct Tape.
Cheers guys. It's no huge issue. We'll try again early next year.
