    I think its a WIN WIN situation for him then as the Ducati is sh!t anyway, and he now has a decent chance with a decent bike next year PLUS he will have been awarded a big bonus from Ducati for them terminating his contract with them early too

    They don't appear to have made a big fuss about it all I think that's why ...
    You only need two tools in life WD40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and should use WD40 and if it moves and shouldn't use Duct Tape.
