Are they actual CF mirror covers or covers that stick on over the mirror covers if that makes sense ..

You only need two tools in life WD40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and should use WD40 and if it moves and shouldn't use Duct Tape.
Yeah they are covers that sti k over the top. Main reason for selling, bought them on here thibkibg they were cf caps.
