    When Peter Vardy were fixing the coolant sensor they advised that my front brakes and discs will be need changed at the next service.
    400 smackers, anyone know of somewhere around Aberdeen that will give me a better price than that.
    That is assuming that it won't harm my warranty of course 😡

    for a little bit more you could get a JCW brake kit for that price (£500 ish) good time to upgrade.

    I use Fairview Garage just out past Culter.. Always be quite reasonable... My warning came on about 6monhs ago saying I had 600miles before pads needed replacing..

    I booked it in to Fairview, but when I went back he hadn't replaced them as he advised me they were only about 50% used...!!!! The next few weeks the milage warning went up to 1100mls and has stayed there since..!!!

    thats what they wanted to get my front bushes done and they wouldn't fit the parts that that i got for the job. i would of had to buy bmw parts so i just took it to the garage down the road
