Just bought the above without really thinking about anything other than viscosity.

Anyone know if this is suitable for an R50 please?

I've checked the handbook for alternative oils and ACEA A3 is mentioned, Mobil 3000 exceeds this as it's ACEA A5.

I change my oil every year, about 6-8k.

    Thanks

    John

John, I live by the info that if its fully synthetic and it's 5w30 then it's fine for a MINI

I don't see how they can say there are 10 different oils that are 5w30 and fully synthetic but only 1 suits your car. Oil is graded that's all I worry about.

Magic thanks Craig, that's what I thought when I bought it and then had second thoughts, but I'm sure you're right.

I intend to live forever ... So far so good !
You only need two tools in life WD40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and should use WD40 and if it moves and shouldn't use Duct Tape.
