18" Alloys

    Really wanting to buy 18's for my cooper but i have been told by some people to keep away from them, do they ruin the ride quality?

    do you know any really nice 18" alloys ?

    Please help

    I had 18's on my S and it made it quite a twitchy ride!!!

    Swapped them back to 17's and would never go back - they're much better

    I heard that as well which is why I went for 17's. Depends if your after looks or driveability!

    I got set of MiMs with tyres for 575 from Turriff Tyres. Have a look at the New Wheels finally post there's a pic.

    I must admit I actually thought the handling improved on my mini when I went to 18's, but then I had the amazingly crap run-flats that were changed after a couple of months to not so crap ones!!
