    This was in EVO magazine - uses the running gear from the Megane Trophy racer - with V6 engine etc (which I think might be related to the Nissan 370Z unit)*, with unique 'concept' body. Looks, sounds and goes pretty well for a 'concept' eh? There are rumours of Renault 'reviving' the famous 'Alpine' brand. I used to have a model of one of these:

ID:	3754 Always like sporty wee Renaults when I was a kid, especially because they had 'ELF' stickers!

    *apparently the forthcoming Renaultsport Clio's new engine (old one was normally aspirated 2.0) is a 1.6 Turbo, which is actually a Renault tuned version of the unit found in the Nissan Juke - so there's another link with the Japanese company.
