Air con woes

Last year I got the air con on my 2007 cooper re filled as it had stopped working, over the last few days I noticed that its stopped working again, suggesting a leak, has anyone else had similar probs, any ideas what may have gone wrong

Normally perished seals are the issue with air con if not used regularly. Either that or a cracked/burst hose. I try to use mine once a week.
