    Hello

I have just had my supercharger replaced . . . after searching for a cheaper price than what BMW quoted me. However, the mechanic has now picked up on the A.S.C light that is now permanently on! It will not go off, even when flicking the switch! He says it's reading no voltage at the MAP sensor . . . can anyone shed some light on this?

It really is just one problem after another, radiator, rear wiper motor, seized calipar, power steering pump, supercharger . . . WHATEVER NEXT!

    Any advice is much appreciated

    Cheers

Personally you could try cleaning the MAF sensor if that is what you're talking about using carb cleaner .. Can't guarantee it will work but worth a try before buying one .. Best bet would be to try one off another MINI before buying one as they usually come in about £100

You only need two tools in life WD40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and should use WD40 and if it moves and shouldn't use Duct Tape.

MAF sensor is easy to replace so if you do need to replace it you could do it yourself ..

Yep, common fault but easy fix as it's on the front of the inlet manifold

Feet were made to fit car pedals. If we were meant to walk, we'd have pogo sticks for legs
